SaaS Service Manager
Are you passionate about great software services, societal impact and the world of mobility? Monotch is looking for a service manager to support our international customers and partners in realizing the benefits our award winning TLEX platform has to offer.
Your roleAs our TLEX service manager you look after customer satisfaction and their usage of our services. You combine the ability to listen and understand with the power to explain and excite. You help our customers and partners getting the maximum benefits of the service. You make sure our services operate withing the Service Level Agreement and report to customers and management on service performance. And stay on the alert to identify and asses risks that might endanger the services. Equally important is your ability to gather feedback and contribute to our product roadmap based on feedback and service usage. You understand and can improve processes but don’t lose track of practicalities and switch to action mode when push comes to shove.
What we expect from you
- A completed HBO or WO education and several years of experience in the area of B2B or B2G service management
- Listen and understand people, genuine interest in customer needs, build relationships
- Strong and positive communicator
- Understand processes, improve them but also able ‘to push though’ where needed
- A good understanding of IT in general
- A passion for excellent services
- Fast learner, excellent written, spoken and presentation abilities in the Dutch and English language.
